在中国特色现代科技馆体系中开展应急科普工作的研究

      本文分析了突发事件应急科普的重要性及我国在突发事件应急科普方面存在的主要问题：应急科普产品供给严重不足、资源共享机制不健全、公众缺乏获得应急技能培训的机会。论证了在中国特色现代科技馆体系中做好应急科普工作的三大优势：有效提高接受应急科普教育的公众数量；有效培养和增强公众的应急技能；有效降低应急科普资源开发成本。在此基础上提出了四点建议：建设应急科普教育基地、应急科普轻骑兵、应急科普数字科技馆、应急科普影视制作基地。

英文摘要:

      Firstly，the paper analyzes the importance of emergency science popularization（ESP）and main problems of ESP in China where the supply of ESP products is not enough，and the current resource sharing mechanism where the public lack opportunities to obtain ESP skills training. Secondly，three advantages in modern system of science and technology museum with Chinese characteristics are analyzed，it contributes greatly to the increasing number of the public who accept education and acquire enlightenments from ESP，it in turn helps to enhance the public’s skills to deal with emergencies and reduce development costs of ESP resources. Last but not the least，some suggestions are put forward in the paper，such as the construction of education base，“light cavalry，”digital science and technology museum, and film and television production base for ESP.
