      基于数字互动服务模型建设科学教育素材平台,主要解决了科学教育的两个问题:其一,解决教学 素材数量、质量的问题;其二,建构科学知识的认知—参与—探究的学习流程,帮助学习者获得对科学教育 本体的“元认知能力”。本平台的设计采用新媒介形式,依据互联网思维,云存储、大数据技术,集成终端设 备应用,以期建成全国范围内无差别化教学素材平台。科学教育素材本质上是数字内容,因此本文基于数字 互动服务模型、建构主义学习理论设计该平台的功能及应用模式。该平台设计包括两条路径和六大模块。两 条路径为“内容链”和“信息传输链”;六大模块为教学素材收集整合、教学素材内容策划、教学素材品牌包 装、平台软件开发、云存储服务以及终端设备集成。平台的应用,采用数字化技术,共建共享理念,跨越了 时空限制,为科学教育提供了科学化、艺术化、可视化的数字教材,激发学生的求知欲,增强知识的表现力, 提升了科学教育的整体效果。
英文摘要:
      The construction of a scientific educational material platform based on the digital interactive service model mainly solves two problems in science education:one is to solve the problem of quantity and quality of teaching materials; the other is to construct the cognitive-involvement-inquiry learning process of scientific knowledge and help learners gain“meta-cognitive abilities”for the ontology of science education. The design of this platform adopts the form of new media,based on internet thinking,cloud storage,big data technology, and integrated terminal equipment applications,with a view to establishing a nationwide non-differentiated teaching material platform. The science education teaching material is essentially digitally oriented. Therefore,this paper designs the function and application model of the platform based on the digital interactive service model and constructivism learning theory. The platform design includes two paths and six modules. The two paths are“content chain”and“information transmission chain”;the six modules are:collection of teaching materials,content planning of teaching materials,brand packaging of teaching materials,platform software development,cloud storage services,and terminal equipment integration. The application of the platform,the use of digital technology,co-construction and sharing of ideas,across the time and space constraints,scientific education for science education,art,visualization of digital teaching materials,stimulate students’thirst for knowledge,enhance the expressiveness of knowledge,and improve the overall effect of science education.
