      基于多年的农产品质量安全舆情监测分析数据及风险应对实践经验,综合相关典型案例的调研分析 结果,本研究提出了农产品质量安全舆情科普的基本概念及特点,明确了农产品质量安全舆情科普以政府部 门、专业机构、专家学者以及其他社会团体和个人为主体,面向农产品质量安全管理者、生产经营者、舆情 参与者及一般消费者,针对性地普及农产品质量安全相关法律法规、政策措施、科学研究、成果成效,以及 农产品质量安全生产基础知识、农产品生长发育基本常识、安全限量标准及安全消费知识等主要内容;根据 科普的目的、方式和时间节点对农产品质量安全舆情科普的不同模式进行了研究归纳,并梳理了在新媒体环 境下舆情科普交流信息载体、媒介、时机及频率等方面的研究及应用情况。
英文摘要:
      Based on years’agro-products quality and safe public opinion monitoring,analysis data, risk response practical experience,and typical case investigation and analysis,the paper proposes the basic concepts and significant features of agro-products quality and safety science popularization on public opinion. Agro-products quality and safety Public opinion science and technology is mainly composed of government departments,professional organizations,experts and scholars,and other social groups and individuals. It disseminates the main development of our country for agricultural product market managers,producers,and public opinion participants. Furthermore,it popularizes the laws and regulations,policies and measures,scientific research,and achievements of agricultural product quality and safety supervision,as well as basic knowledge of agricultural product quality and safety production,basic knowledge of agricultural product growth and development,safety standards limits, and safe consumption knowledge. The research further divides the different models of agricultural quality and safety science popular science in line with the purpose and timelines of popular science,and makes a logic and clear analysis of the information carrier of science popularization,media,timing and frequency of popular science communication under new media environment.
