      为了解《义务教育小学科学课程标准》颁布后小学科学教育的实践情况,对全国三大典型地区、 九个省市的小学科学教师和教研员进行走访调查。结果显示:《义务教育小学科学课程标准》及课程方案基 本得到落实;初步形成小学科学教师专兼职结合的队伍,专业发展培训次数有保证,但是质量仍有待提升; 小学科学课程资源建设已基本解决“有没有”的问题,但仍存在不足,且地区性差异较大。基于上述结果, 建议进一步深化落实《义务教育小学科学课程标准》及课程方案、形成一支专业化小学科学教师队伍并加 强课程资源软件建设等,以促进小学科学教育质量提升。同时,面向2035 年,给出科学教育应着重加强的 几方面建议。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the practice condition of science education in primary schools after the release of the Curriculum Standard of Science in Primary School of Compulsory Education,investigation has been conducted, and more than 3 000 science teachers and teaching-research staff from 9 provinces in China were surveyed. Results show:science curriculum was implemented according to the Curriculum Standard of Science in Primary School of Compulsory Education;science teachers can get training regularly but the quality of training is not enough;there are still some problems in science education resources. Based on the education practice,some suggestions are given to improve the science education in primary schools.
