      慕课作为“互联网+ 教育”的产物，历经几年的发展，已经具备了一定的建设积累。如何有效推 进这批技术成果的转化，创新应用模式是慕课后续发展面临的首要问题。在分析慕课核心特性的基础上， 总结慕课在科普领域的成果转化及其运营服务流程，并指出，慕课核心特征中的一部分固有属性与科普特 性具有共通之处，慕课资源向科普领域的技术转化创新了慕课的应用模式，无论从慕课的应用推进还是提 升全民科学素养都具有积极意义。

英文摘要:

      MOOC（Massive Open Online Course），based on“Internet + Education”，has gained quite a few worthwhile accumulations after several years of development. How to effectively promote the transformation of these technical achievements and innovate the application mode are the primary problems faced by MOOC in its follow-up developments. This paper summarizes the achievements of science popularization transformation and related operation services of MOOC resources based on the analysis of core characteristics of MOOCs. It is pointed out that some inherent attributes of MOOC are quite consistent with science popularization in certain aspects. The transformation from MOOC to science popularization has innovated MOOC’s application mode，which is of great significance in promoting the application of MOOC and improving the scientific literacy of the whole people as well.
