      通过分析我国开展科技计划项目科普化的意义，从科研人员的角度对我国科技计划项目科普化项目、科普任务和合理经费等方面进行了调查，并借鉴发达国家科技计划项目科普化模式，提出我国科技计划项目科普化初步模式和具体实施办法。

英文摘要:

      The paper analyzed the important role of the science communication and popularization of the science and technology projects in China, investigated the needs for science popularization among the scientists, and reviewed similar practices in four developed countries as USA，Japan，UK and Germany. At last, the paper discussed the popularizing pattern of science and technology projects and suggested the correlative approaches.
