      本文简要介绍了科技资源和科普资源的概念、分类与科技资源科普化的必要性，分析了我国科技资源的现状、科普资源的现状及特点，在对科技资源科普化探讨的基础上提出了加强我国科技资源科普化的一系列建议。为进一步丰富我国的科普资源，加强国家科普能力建设提供了参考意见。

英文摘要:

      This paper briefly introduces concepts and classifications of scientific and technological resources & resources of science popularization, explains the significance of the popular use of these resources，and analyzes the status quo as well as the characteristics of the resources in concern．The paper puts forward suggestions on how to facilitate the utility of science and technology resources for popularization pratice，and provides references on how to enrich national science popularization resources and to strengthen the construction of science popularization capability in China．
