      The science museums in US share a rich source of funding. The self-employed income，public funding（federal，state and local），and the donations (corporate，foundation or individual) ties the three major sources of funding for the museum. The recent financial crisis hit the museum of arts and humanities seriously，while the impact on science museum is not serious.
