      研究表明，当代中国社会经济迅猛发展，越来越多的人面临巨大的心理压力，公众心理健康情况不乐观，心理健康问题日益成为社会各界共同关注的热点问题。本文试图引入心理健康素养（Mental Health Literacy） 的概念，并且借鉴国内外相关研究成果，倡议建立并完善适合我国国情的心理健康素养评估体系，进行社会调查，并且希望根据相关结果提出政策性建议，从而促进我国公民的心理健康。

英文摘要:

      Studies have shown that more and more Chinese people are facing enormous psychological pressure with the rapid economic development，and the public mental health is poor. So the issue of mental health has increasingly been much concerned. This study attempts to introduce the concept of Mental Health Literacy and the related research done in China and beyond. It put forward to set up an assessment system of Mental Health Literacy which is suitable for Chinese citizen. Based on social surveys research， some policy suggestions have been made to promote the Chinese public mental health.
