      德国马普学会和法国国家科学研究中心作为德法最大的国立科研机构，在知识创新、知识传播中发挥重要作用。本文简要介绍了德国马普学会和法国国家科学研究中心的发展概貌和科学文化传播的基本情况，并就加强我国科研机构的科学文化传播提出了初步建议。

      The Max Planck Society (MPS) and The Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique(CNRS) are the top national academies in Germany and France，they are now playing a very important role in the knowledge innovation and communication. This paper introduces the general situation and communication resources of MPS and CNRS，it provides some suggestions in order to promote science and culture communication in China.
